According to the Welsh folk tale of Olwen and Culhwch, Olwen was the daughter of the king of the giants and everywhere she walked, white flowers grew in her footsteps. I may not have much in common with my namesake (I've not noticed any flowers in my footsteps), but I am the daughter of the King.
